1. Bookings

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful reservation.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept major credit cards and online payments at the time of booking or check-in.
  • Additional charges (e.g., mini-bar, services) may apply during your stay and are payable at checkout.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to respect hotel property and other guests.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.
  • Illegal or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crafter’s Haven Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay unless caused by gross negligence or misconduct by the hotel or its employees.
